Great value for money with spacious rooms and excellent breakfast selection. Convenient location close to public transportation and popular attractions. Friendly staff who provided excellent service and always willing to help guests.
The hotel lacked a variety of amenities and activities for guests such as a pool or fitness center. The room decor was outdated and the bathroom needed some maintenance.

Truly enjoyed rooms and food, no reason to complain.
The property was gorgeous, the staff was helpful, met needs. Being not far from the awesome beach. The room had a spacious balcony.

The balcony was beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located just 30 km from the airport; highly recommended!

All meals, very courteous staff. Cleanliness, events.
Had booked sea view, one could only see this more by standing in the right corner of the balcony. Had booked a double bed, despite the advice on the early booking, got 2 single beds.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! the beach was stunning with crystal clear waters, and the pool was massive with plenty of sun loungers available. the spa was a real highlight, with a range of treatments on offer at reasonable prices. the location was also ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants only a short walk away.
The room decor was a bit dated and could do with a refresh. We also found the service in some areas, such as the bar, to be quite slow at times.

The gardens and the concept are good.
Hotel has accepted a large group of companies contrary to its own philosophy ("Serenity"). Unacceptable situations at dinner, at the buffet. Crowds everywhere in the hotel with advertising and banners all over the facility.

We had a fantastic time at this resort on the beautiful pier which had plenty of loungers and a cool beach bar with excellent service. the Fish restaurant had delicious food and the staff, like Zeynel, were impressively professional. the room was comfortable and had a great bathroom. the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the golf course shuttle was convenient.
There was a little too much single-use plastic being used, like plastic water bottles, which could be replaced by soap dispensers and water fountains.

The Resort boasts one of the magnificent swimpool system in the world. It spans over 700m vast area. Phenomenal surrouding territory of the Golf course all available within a walking distance or could be reached by a mini shuttle or by hotel' train. Vast array of hotel amenities. Brilliant entertaining scheme. Serene atmosphere. Excellent sleep quality.
As I had been staying with my family, they personally did not favour the resort' beach as it was pebbly and the sand is unattractive for this type of resort. The hotel location is a way too far to go on any excursions apart from the local amnities of Belek otherwise the travells will take half a day at some point and is not the safest in this part of the country unless you hire a private car to go on an excursion. Beware of an out of use air conditioning in the room and the Spa is overpriced as most of its massages and other relaxing treatments cost a little fortune.

The hotel provides exclusive amenities that fulfill luxurious needs. This venue has a Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and a Jacuzzi. the beach access is convenient, and the sun terrace has sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the live entertainment and karaoke are enjoyable, and the private facilities are impressive.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the service at the A'la Carte restaurant. Although the Italian food was okay, the service was ordinary, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

Food and facilities excellent. Staff are trained to not say no, to work towards facilitating every need.
Music was terrible! In the restaurants, at the deck - either too loud or inappropriate - dance/techno in the day time. The same tracks were repeated over and over and the music system is central. Bossa Nova, Hotel Costes type would be better.

kitchen, swimming pool is very huge, with sea water, room is big, entertainment
too many people; there are no free chez-longues at 10 am; noisy in the building, rooms are not soundproofed
